We do not have regular open hours. We are open by event or appointment only. Please do not come to the farm outside side of events or scheduled appointments. Our farm is located at our private residence, please respect private property. Feel free to reach out and schedule an appointment.
We do not post our address publicly because our farm is also our private residence.
For safety reasons we do not want people coming to our house whenever they want to look at flowers or cows. We will give directions to our farm during events or appointments. If you need directions for an event, send us a quick email.
Instagram is the quickest way to get ahold of us. Email is preferred for wedding inquiries.
I am hard to reach by phone. I don't have great service out here and I typically don't take my phone into the garden with me.
Currently we can only ship within CANADA.
We ship all our packages through Canada post.
If an order is canceled for any reason outside of something at fault on our end, there will be a 50% re-stock fee, as our products are perishable.
Delayed shipping- if shipping is delayed beyond a reasonable time (more than 30 days than when the product was promised) we do waive the restocking fee on canceled orders.
If you select "FARM PICK UP" instead of shipping please note the following.
We are located near Mt.View AB. If you select farm pick up, you must be able to pick up during the pick-up days we offer. We are quite flexible with our availability, however, If any products are not picked up in a timely manner and therefore are damaged or gone bad (bulbs and roots are perishable items) you will not be offered refunds. Any losses due to items not being picked up on time will be at the expense of the buyer. I encourage customers who live more than a 1hr radius from us to use shipping, your gas prices won't be much less than shipping costs.
If you select "FARM PICK UP" and then decide to have your item shipped, you will be charged a $25 processing fee on top of the shipping costs to have your item shipped. This takes a lot of extra time and gas for us to reprocess your order. We will be firm on this policy this year.
